Our information security roadmap targets ISO 27001 designation, with ITAR-aware controls scoped in. Defence supply-chain work has unique requirements: Canadian content (Industrial and Technological Benefits, ITB), traceability that survives audit, ITAR-aware controls on engineering data and program info, and the kind of supplier consistency that survives a 10-year program cycle. Clover's vertical integration (tool & die, stamping, welding, sub-assembly under one roof) is exactly the structure defence procurement officers want to see. The overlap with our automotive work is direct: the control arms, chassis brackets and brake hardware we build for OEM programs translate to structural chassis brackets, suspension and brake hardware, and welded sub-assemblies for tactical and armoured land platforms.
