Ready for aerospace programs.
IATF discipline that maps to AS9100.
Clover Group does not currently ship to aerospace OEMs, but we want to. Our IATF 16949 quality system, calibrated CMM inspection, in-house tool & die build, and full coil-to-shipment traceability map directly to AS9100 controls. We're actively pursuing aerospace certifications and aerospace-tier programs in 2026 and beyond.
Aerospace and automotive work share most of the same disciplines: documented process control, dimensional rigor, supplier traceability, FAI/PPAP-equivalent buy-off. Clover already runs at that bar for automotive customers. The work to bridge into aerospace is certification (AS9100), specific aerospace materials handling, and the buyer-side trust that comes from delivering a few proof-point programs first.
Currently IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 registered. AS9100 certification is a 2026 / 2027 roadmap item. ITAR-aware controls in our information security roadmap (ISO 27001 designation pending).
What we bring to Aerospace programs.
Quality-system bridge
IATF 16949 controls overlap heavily with AS9100. Documented APQP, FMEA, SPC and PPAP processes already in place.
Precision dimensional inspection
Scanning-arm and calibrated CMM inspection, SPC data collection on every program. First-article inspection workflow ready to extend to FAI requirements.
In-house tool & die
Aerospace tooling for low-volume, high-precision parts. Wire EDM, CNC tool-room machining, in-house try-out and validation.
Canadian content
Canadian-owned and Canadian-operated. Useful for Canadian aerospace and defence supply-chain requirements (ITB, ICCB).
Common materials we run.
- Stainless steel
- Aluminum alloys
- High-strength low-alloy steel
- Specialty steel grades on request
Programs we build for this vertical.
- Precision metal stampings
- Sub-assemblies for aerospace structures
- Tooling for low-volume aerospace components
- Bracketry and mounting hardware
Let’s build what’s next — together.
