Responsibility

How we do business.
By design, not by accident.

We've built the Clover Group around three commitments that are audited, not advertised — the environment we operate in, the people who build for us, and the quality systems that hold us accountable.

Environment

Closed-loop operations.

ISO 14001:2015 registered since 2020. 99% of our shop waste is recycled. Our environmental management system tracks the life-cycle impact of every material, part, equipment and asset under our control — and we're targeting carbon-neutral operations within ten years.

  • Prevent environmental pollution

People & community

The craftsmanship is on staff.

Under 3% annual turnover. Apprenticeships, profit-sharing, and on-floor mentorship that's built decades of tenure. We stayed family-led on purpose — decisions come from customer satisfaction, not shareholder returns. And we show up in the places we operate: community cleanups, tree planting, and over half a million dollars raised for children's hospitals through in-house charity.
